The Repente Nova is a versatile saddle, designed for road cyclists, off-road enthusiasts and e-bikers. It is glue-free and environmentally friendly: once the rail is removed from the shell, the saddle can be recycled without needing to separate materials. The wide anatomical opening, the Close Fit-Ischial support and the lateral shaping, typical of the Repente Ergo Shape, make the Nova comfortable and help prevent pain and numbness. Repente has also designed the Soft Cell system: the pressure exerted by the cyclist's body causes a controlled collapse of the padding within the cells in the shell. The shell and padding are made of a single material, thermoplastic polyurethane, and are joined using an exclusive Repente technology. The TPU developed by Repente does not require a protective surface coating, eliminating the need for an additional adhesive layer.
