M Machine tap HSS-E PM, for blind holes, DIN The DORMER EX006H universal metric (M) machine tap for blind holes with thread tolerance 6H in bright powder metallurgical high-speed steel version with cobalt addition (HSS-E PM) for wide applicability. This unique base material offers the perfect combination of hardness and toughness, thus combining high permissible cutting speeds and a reliable process. Special geometry for optimal chip removal. Construction sizes up to M10 in accordance with DIN 371 (thickened shank) or optionally for M6, M8 and M10 also in DIN 376 (continuous shank) and from M12 in accordance with DIN 376. Suitable for screw threads up to 2.5xD. Broach according to form C (2-3 passes).
