Description

Spiral point tap with chamfer shape B and a secondary lead of 3.5–5×P, for ISO metric thread M12 (pitch 1.75 mm) in tolerance class 6H. Dimensions according to DIN 376, with shaft Ø 9.0 mm and square mounting Ø 7.0 mm. Made of powder metallurgical HSS-E with TiN coating, suitable for through-tapping up to 2.5×D in steel and cast steel, ferritic, martensitic and austenitic stainless steel, and rolled or cast aluminium.
